Design Logo, Business cards and Stationary for my business

First design

Mainly just curious on your thoughts about the logo and if this is roughly in the ballpark of what you had in mind. Added examples in grayscale + B&W, which do come out well in case of copies or faxes. Color schemes can be easily adjusted to your liking and the business card and letter head are just crude examples for now.
