  I added the sprite insignia.png. I would like to have the symbol (the white circle in the center with the symbol inside) on the captains uniform about here. The purple square around the symbol is not needed. :)

  This is the closest to the style I want, of all submissions. Just the right amount of cartoon-ish wibe.
