Design of a Mixed Use Complex
The design was conceived to house a business hotel, retail & commercial spaces and residential area. To accommodate the mentioned functioned the project was dispersed vertically. The complexity of the given functions and their needs proved to be main challenge for this design. The Mixed use complex houses 120 bed four star hotel, 18 units of residential units and 14 floors of retail and commercial spaces. #3d Modeling was done by using sketchup 17 #Rendering was done by using Lumion & photoshop for post processing
