After almost five years in the marketing world and after three years working in employee brand management for a national sporting goods retailer, I have decided to jump into open waters and start my own company. Specializing in online and social advertising, Filaments Consulting was born based on the idea that all businesses, especially small businesses, should be able to grow using the latest and greatest online tools. Where does filaments come from? The name is based on my favorite (and only remembered) bible verse: Matthew 5:16 - In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. This verse not only helps me align how I want to live my life, but also how I want to run my company.
