The provider failed to deliver the project to the agreed deadline. They also failed to reply to requests about the non-delivery issue. They did not even care to inform me on time that the delivery would be late. They simply disappeared and left me in uncertainity about the reasons for non-complicance. I did not note on time that they did this before to other clients and so I did not notice on time that they would simply disapear when having delivery problems. When it got clear that they cannot deliver, they were not interested in accepting responsibility and refused to resolve the non-compliance issue in a reasonable manner. Completely irresponsible - just horrible.

I've emailed Xsarol a number of times and I have not heard back. I accepted his bid because it stated a 10 day turnaround time and I was on a tight deadline. The deadline for the project was November 12th, and he has not answered any of my emails and has not completed the project.

This is totally a trap, ask us for deposit, telling lots of lies and delay reply, disappeared finally and trying to took our money and ran away, we have report this case to paypal and NEVER deal with this guy again!! My project had been delayed for over 1 month because of lots of lies tell by this guy!
