This self-starting Singapore-based writer/editor with understanding of Asia has wide experience to offer reliable and professional services in editorial and marketing communications. Since becoming independent 18 years ago, my editorial expertise have been put to use for different editorial and media relations projects, samples of which are available on request.
The editorial projects range from feature writing, press releases to newsletters, corporate and marketing brochures, and annual reports for diverse clients such as R&D institutes, technical publishers and business organisations. The editorial topics I've delved into encompass a wide range of specialities from the information technology, biomedical, financial sector and aerospace to materials science.
Recent assignments include being contributing editor to a US telecom magazine, a freelance Editor of a medical informatics newsletter, known as IT Medicine, and an online retail newsletter, Retail Online. Among other work, I’ve handled editorial projects for an Asian Clinical Trials publication, American Academy for Advancement of Science (AAAS), Singapore Science Centre, Innovation magazine (National University of Singapore), as well as assignments for DBSBank, Honeywell Asia Pacific and Gintic Manufacturing R&D Institute.
