I am a fresh graduate from Bina Nusantara University with 3.30 GPA. I took English Literature as my major along with Business for Professional as my stream. I have experiences in Marketing Industry as a copywriter during the university internship program. Hence why I have basic knowledge about SEO, writing skills for both English and Indonesian. I also created easy user experience for online website and application. Currently I am responsible as a digital marketer specifically as Social Media Specialist. I manage to build an active engagement as well as direct sales to website throughout the social media such as: Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I responsible in creating weekly content plan for daily basis posting on social media, making monthly social media performance report in order to keep in track with the improvements. Since in the beginning of February 10 up to now I am able to make 5.000+ new followers to Instagram platform which the most active social media platform today. I also manage the customer relationship such as complaint, advice, guidance, and related topic in direct messages or comments to keep the satisfaction between the company and the customer. During this period of time I also responsible in doing some market research and competitor research, as well as monitoring and analyzing the data from Google Analytics to understand visitor behavior and site demographics.
