The VINNER operates as the outsourcing division of Swathantra Bharat & Co. The parent firm has got a background of almost 60 years. The very name itself has its origin to the formation period, 1948-49, immediately after the Indian Independence, August 1947. The founding fathers aptly coined the name significant to the independence. The word ‘Swathantra’ means independent in Sanskrit, and the Name ‘Bharat’ is the original historic name of India. SB and Co is involved in many fields, with much relevance to environment, bio-diversity, eco friendly farming, tourism, Ayurveda, engineering, consultancy, advisory, CDM and Carbon Credits,etc. The VINNER is headed by the Managing Partner and CEO, Mr Aleksander Luke Vaidian, an Electro-Mechanical engineer from the University of Kerala, with more than 37 years experience in India and abroad in major industrial and infrastructure projects like Ship building yards, fertilizer projects, housing projects, waste treatment plants, Cement plants, tourism projects, agri-units, etc. The unit is staffed with graduates and Post graduates in Commerce, Economics, Engineering , undergraduates with good DTP and Graphics capabilities, good proficiency in English language, multi-tasking and multi-skill work handling capability, etc.
