1. Developed a chrome extension for Adobe customer support agents to handle phone call on browser. 2. Collaborated with one Backend Engineer and operations team to understand requirements. 3. Replaced already existing tool with better performance and reliability also reducing cost. 4. 50% of Adobe agents started to use this application.
