Modern mobile devices are equipped with multiple network interfaces such as Wi-Fi, 4G, bluetooth, NFC and others. However, current software allows us to use only one of them at any given time. This is done by assigning a static priority to each interface, and enabling the one with the highest priority among the interfaces available. This causes unnecessary network disruption especially since the users could be mobile, and does not provide a seamless experience that is desirable.
