In 2017 I founded "Atelier Piada - piadineria italiana" the first fast casual food concept about the Piadina Romagnola in Germany. This is an italian flatbread from Emilia-Romagna. The first Atelier Piada Store is based in the south of Germany. I developed the store architecture based on a modularity that helped us reacting fast to customers needs.
