HR & Administration Professional with 7+ years experience in different organization Responsibilities:  Responsible for implementing different policies and procedures of different HR polices as per local laws and Company Policy.  To assist or participate in designing & formulation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of Human Resources Management.  Preparation/issue office note, memo, office order and office circular in respect of HR issues.  Leave and Attendance Management   Maintain personnel files, update all admin and HR documents and records.  To conduct or assist training & awareness program on regular basis.  Monthly analysis and comparison of operating cost, cost per employee, rate of absenteeism, migration and turnover of employees and feedback the management accordingly  Providing logistic support for smooth execution of operation required by any department  Any other task assigned by management
