Those qualities are: Good communication (the ability to effectively communicate any concerns with the scheduling of a project, to eagerly ask questions, and understand the requirements to the fullest) Hard Worker (the ability to do whatever you have to do to get the reward you want - a highly motivated individual whose motivation will serve both parties) Initiative and Intelligence (the ability to recognize a problem and be proactive in solving it) Steve met all of these requirements and preferences.
