I will very briefly discuss my professional career as an all-around manager in the various aspects of the 'Offshore and BPO' industry below and then get on to my personal interests and hobbies. In the various organisations (US and UK) that I've worked for, I have mainly overlooked the following areas; -Research projects -Data entry/Expenses/Accounts -Virtual help desk -Travel Reservations -Reports formation -Analysis -Customer Liaison (Response time/ feedback) -Raw Material Sourcing -Logistics & Freight management -National account consolidations and discounts on supplies and services e.g. office supplies.
