R.E.T.A. - Real Estate Trend Analysis
This was my first work on Elance.com. The goal was to read data (related to Real Estate business) from an excel file and process data in 4 steps: Step 1 - identify correct headers / fields, process data and prompt for file details. Step 2 - Builda trend graph to show data future evolution Step 3 - Using a complex lookup table complete information on original file and at the same time allow user to enter his own values Step 4 - Displaying a table for a set of values giving a certain choice made by the user. Map information of the properties are also shown on the excel file with use of Google Maps. It also allows the automatic choice of data in order to maximize the set of choices - all selections must not overpass a pre-defined area value. This last feature proved to save lots of hours of manual analysis.
