Currently enrolled as a Software Engineering Senior Analyst at Accenture Services Ltd. in Mauritius, I lead a functional team of Analysts into highly motivated Business Operators capable of delivering Oracle-based solutions to an offshore client. I have a programming background in PHP, MySQL and Oracle (PL/SQL), and I have worked mainly in PeopleSoft eProcurement. My daily tasks consist of planning my team’s priorities, in monitoring their progress and in ensuring that all operations go smoothly and according to plan during the System Development Life Cycle. I also have the responsibility to anticipate risks and to apply pre-emptive measures. Moreover, I send regular reports to the offshore client and to Accenture mangers during weekly operations committees. As a team lead, it is my duty to empower my team, to coach each individual member, to assist them in following their career goals, and to recognise the Best People during yearly performance assessment.
