D'Amelio Gallery
The goal: Create a flexible identity system for the D'Amelio gallery that changes slightly according to its exhibitions. The proposed idea consists of a series of squares that change in size and value, creating an illusion of depth. each level symbolizes an exploration of an unknown idea. It also works in the sense that each square builds from a smaller square, which directly relates to the idea that nothing is 100% original. All artists works are somehow based off of inspiration from previous artists works. Not only that but this system of modules is also flexible enough to change,creating separate identities for each of the gallery's exhibitions while still maintaining a solid identity for the gallery as a whole.
About Me
I am a designer from New Orleans. I hold a BFA in graphic design with a concentration in environmental design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. In the long run I would like to be able to assist with projects that challenge me to use all of my visual tools: object design, spatial design, typography, illustration, and branding.
