Work quality was good but his speed of delivery is the best part. Would look to hire again

Siddharth has decent experience and did finish what was asked for on this project - but the quality could have been better. More importantly he lacks professionalism, he was always in a rush to get the project closed and get the payment. I wish he puts the same thrust on the quality of his deliveries and communication with clients. Also I felt he thinks he knows almost everything and is not very open to cross questioning on technical aspects. I suspect that his attitude has been causing issues with previous clients causing his ratings to go low. I wish he takes my feedback positively and improves himself for better.

Am writing these comments before receiving my product (prototype robot) So I can not comment on it, regarding the freelancer (POSITIVE things) he know how to program robots and embed technologies on it & always online with fast response he was good till he got in clash with other freelancer and the project failed to meet my exact requirements under his team management, at the end at least he made something working, he is verbally polite , competitive with other teammate (NEGATIVE things) Parts used in the robot different than what we agreed on , He is forcing me as employer to pay labor charges before seeing the product by video and not accepting questioning or prove of purchase kind of lack of trust, it was proper to make detailed contract with every task and part with costs before awarding him otherwise the employer will keep paying double of the amount or more. Finally I'd like to Thank Siddharth & i hope you accept my honest comments which is good for you and for other clients. No body perfect.
