Personal (Virtual) Assistant to CEO

The first 10 hours of his work, he communicated 100% and did a great job. We asked him to continue working with us & he agreed. He asked us to rate him on Freelancer - a clear sign he only wanted to use us to up his rating. We told him that we prefer a longer time to evaluate people before giving them good ratings. Sure enough, his communication started to get poor like so many other young men we hire from his area. We emailed him, messaged him on our site, and even here on Freelancer and got no reply. He then tried to retract the positive feedback he left for us for no reason at all. We were interested in a long term relationship which he ruined with poor communication and this is the only thing that is not repairable. There is NEVER an excuse for going more than 24 hours without contact and he has yet to speak with us for 4 days. I hope others read this and don't get treated as such.
