- Responsible for the build-up of the company’s marketing department. - Supporting our sales force through training sessions to achieve optimal goals. - Supporting the Administration department especially in projects related to policy creation and setting procedures.

- Finalizing the company’s marketing strategy for our start-up and market entry phase. - Creating company policies and purchasing procedures as per former discussions with my direct manager (Chief Finance Officer), as well as CEO requirements. - Developing and implementing Administration strategies, policies, procedures and annual budget.

- Handling all requirements regarding the Marketing department including content writing. - Conducting field surveys to monitor competitor price changes, promotions…etc, and understand the market in respect of consumer attitudes, then create a report with the findings and present it to the Purchasing team so they can act accordingly. - Working with the Purchasing team on new store openings starting with the construction phase, purchasing equipment, until the final layout.
