In this project Crystal report is used to generate the report. The user can download the report in the form of xml file from the server. There are two modules and one is for administrator and another is for user. To use this project user has to login by providing correct password. By this software, information of books can be stored electronically into the computer’s memory. It reduces manpower and helps the librarian to manage the library. By using administrator menu the administrator can enter the information of books, see the actual stock as well as running stock, can also see the information of a particular book and many other features. By using the user menu the user can issue, return the books from the student and staff and also see the account of students as well as the staff. One student can’t take more than five books, as it is requirement of the client.
