o I developed this form for Telecom Operator Idea-3G for the purpose of RF site database collection and update as per actual field RF survey. This multiple pages report includes all calculations as per requirements and detailed understanding of RF site survey depending upon actual scope of work (SOW). o It includes : 1. A clear and to the point detailed information (including all components) of the entire scope of work. This should also include: a. All other alternatives (options) that have been considered as solutions to the ground situation. b. Any additional issue-funded by other sources-to be resolved substantially the same time with updating. 2. Studies, plans drawings, sketches, layouts and schematics that can be used to understand the entire field situation of site. 3. Photos, drawings, layouts and maps showing the proposed area for site and sites in the context of its surroundings.
