Excellent understanding of the project requirements and problem domain. Very quick in replying and participating. Well skilled for a Flash job of a programming nature, although (not yet) an ActionScript guru/master. Level of written English is fair and communication skills are good. Work delivery is as promised as far as he is concerned.
