A Reviews Analysis System
This is a Natural Language Processing based customer review analysis and hotel management system. It is implemented to analyze user reviews given by the user to a hotel. The main purpose was to make a summary of reviews and category all reviews to 4 main levels. We used Laravel as backend framework and Google Natural language API for content analyzing.
