Retail Sales Dashboard – Power BI
I developed an interactive Retail Sales Dashboard using Power BI, aimed at helping businesses visualize and analyze their monthly sales performance. The dashboard included key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Total Revenue, Total Quantity Sold, Average Selling Price, and Profit Margin. I used: Bar and Donut Charts to show sales by product category and region Slicers to allow filtering by year, product type, and country DAX measures to calculate dynamic KPIs and percentage changes A clean, color-coded layout suitable for both desktop and mobile view This dashboard improved decision-making for stakeholders by providing real-time insights into product performance and regional sales trends.
