RossoCiliegia Workshop, 2010, with Gabriele Bonomelli. It is a product with elegant and minimalist design, also designed to impress as a decorative object. The idea comes from the need to maximize the size of the sheet supplied, in such a way as to minimize scrap and then the waste material. Both the board that the checkers are designed to be bend manually by the user through the micro-incisions that help the sheet metal bending. The checkers fit into small gaps of the board. This project was presented at Macef of September 2010 at RossoCiliegia stand and is became part of the products of RossoCiliegia Collection.
About Me
I’m a product and mechanical designer with a passion for Innovation, Technology, and Music. I have several years of experience in the development of new products, starting from the concept up to the production. My Master’s degree in Product Design for Innovation allowed me to develop a strategic vision of the product-service system and the ability to design complex systems of products. While, my past work experiences in design studio and leading companies, such as Berkel and Arteminde, allowed me to enhance my technical skills related to engineering and manufacturing, my managerial skills related to planning and decision-making, and also interpersonal skills. My passions brought me to start Specialwaves, an Italian tech startup who plans to produce and distribute electronic devices for the control of software, devices, and processes. This last experience has allowed me to understand more about business and entrepreneurial matters.
