I have experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center setting, where I made inbound and outbound calls. I handled different accounts and was assigned to different departments like Billing and Sales Department. I was also employed as a Fraud Analyst. During my time as a Telemarketer, I was afforded the opportunity to handle customer complaints, and to also deescalate customers over the phone. I utilized my organizational skills when taking customer orders for goods and services., and also utilized my problem solving skills to investigate customer’s complaints. Furthermore, in this position, I utilized my time management skills to provide the customer the best possible solution for their concerns and inquiries, which enabled me to finish my call/task within the required timeframe.
