Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Expert
As my MBA MAJOR PROJECT i had conducted a survey over the Banking users of Malaysia, in order to find the impact of Customer Relationship Management of Malaysian Banks over the Satisfaction of Bank user in Malaysia. The survey was conducted for Postgraduate Major Project. Live interviews and surveys were collected from random 154 Bank users in Malaysia. Both the survey and the research was successful as the results were positive in both theoretical and practical way. The findings concluded that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is highly and positively correlated to Customer Satisfaction, and due to correct implementation of Customer Relationship Management system, customers were satisfied. Several other researches were also conducted, while undertaking Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs.
