CMS Entry Automation with Python Bot
Client want to migrate old news site to a new one, but they already have thousands of news data and they don't want to restart all from zero. They can import all the news manually by hand, but of course that was not the proper solution. So I make a Bot to automate the migration process. The Bot will automatically retrieve all news data from old site and insert it to the new site. The Bot succeeded the migration process as the video shows. It takes only 5 seconds to insert one news data (it is fast, considering the complexity of the data). Then we just let the Bot run overnight, and all the news were already on the new site by the morning.
