Mostafa participates in the design and project delivery process; prepares base of design reports; coordinates with cross-discipline team members; guides project teams through all phases of the design process; provides mentoring to junior staff on the development of excellent technical modeling and detailing skills and the application of local building code and zoning ordinances; creates/monitors the department schedule; leads teams; works with principals to develop project design and maintain design intent throughout all the design process; reviews and verifies compliance with building codes and regulations.
