Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am well educated independent consultant who enjoys working on a variety of different projects. In the past I have worked for both large and small companies in both the retail and child care industries. At times I have had as many as 700 employees under the umbrella of my supervision. I have served as upper management for both Mervyns back in the 80's and Walmart at the turn of the millenium. I worked in the capacities of district manager and regional manager in the child care industry in both California and Arizona. I also ran a large program for children with disabilities while in Arizona which was funded through RFP award by the state. I am a certified trainer for the state of Arizona and excel in the priniciples of adult learning. Currently, I enjoy networking, marketing and troubleshooting projects for all types of businesses throughout the state and also provide training services where needed. I love a challenge and have taken many projects from inception to delivery with great success. I currently live in Phoenix with my dog where I continue to pursue my writing career and enjoy fooling around with my camera.
