Many types of testing are subject to automation (load, regression, functional). Utilization of auto testing tools (TestComplete, QuickTestPro, WinRunner, LoadRunner, RationalRobot, SilkTest) allows to reduce time and effort required for testing and concentrate more on analysis.
QA process includes testing of object under testing of conformity to set standards (508 standards for web-applications, GUI standards etc.). We know well all standards related to QA (ISO, CMM, CMMI, RUP), and software development technologies (V-model, cascade, XP, FDD, Crystal, Scrum) – we worked with teams which used different programming styles.

For bugs reports we use both client's bug trackers and systems deployed at us (Mantis, Jira, Bugzilla, TestDirector).
