We overcome this problem by writing a webservice which will return list of invitees in XML format. By using XSLT in we can create a report of invitees. Road Show people can make use of the webservice to update their database. Achievements: 1. A generic client which will call any webservice by just mentioning its path using SOAP. 2. The main achievement during this project is to enabling Invitation Webservice where different applications of Merrill lynch can submit their invitations to the conference database. Entire project maintained deployed in Weblogic 8.1. Matrix is a separate branch in Merrill Lynch where they maintain investor information. Description: Cordys Portal is a web-based solution that offers a single point of access and integration to all the application information that have been developed within the enterprise. The portal is based on a business process that involves building relations through RelationshipManager, context sensitive menu, defining expressions and queries through a computation engine, Dashboard, Menu management system for dynamically adding and deleting menus, Alerts, Reports and Personalization. Responsibilities: • Involved in Maintenance of Query Builder and Expression Builder components. • Involved in Integration of these components with other modules. • Involved in Testing and Peer reviews. Description: The Site Management functionality provides a solution for handling various aspects of a Construction project in its execution phase. Construction project enters execution phase with release of Work order / Letter of Intent to the selected Contractor. Once the project enters the execution phase, it monitors the progress of execution. Keeping in view the financial aspects of a Construction project, it monitors the payments being made to the Contractor like Measurement, Bill Statement, Bill Payment, and Bank Guarantee. Since the payments are to be made based on completion of Work, it records work progress in the form of measurements. It also manages the Material Stock, Receipts and Material Inward and Outward. Description: e-Bidding is an electronic form of bidding, through which an estimator floats enquiries with the relevant documents attached to all his subcontractors and suppliers which will be sent through the mail to get the quotations. Subcontractors/contractors receives and analyzes the quotations after decrypting with that key and fills the costs against the data and sends back to the estimator. Client loads all the received bids into the system and generates the comparative statement reports of all the quotations and finally gives the contract to that contractor. Client maintains all the Subcontractors, Tenders, BOQLines, Reports and Tender document details. This is the most cost effective and time efficient solution for the online bidding in the construction industry. VEsteeMate is a fully integrated cost estimating system that enables engineers and architects from engineering and construction industry to arrive at the most comprehensive cost estimates. VEsteeMate is an outcome of integration of several tools such as project management, infrastructure for collaboration, facility for report generation and electronic breeding. Project # 8: Title : Cordys Linux Porting Software : c, c++ Team Size : 1 Duration : 6 - Months. Hardware : Pentium. Description: Cordys is a EAI platform which allows the user to connect to different EAI application providing different connectors to it. This is entirely developed in windows. Main task is Porting Cordys environment in Linux.
