We had a good experience with Vladimir the first time. But for our second project, Vladimir was not able to deliver anything to us. There was a lot of promises but no delivery at all. The project was simple, as it was a question of continue the previous work. At the end of the project, after a delay of 30 days, he offered to do the job at double the price. We declined. You should do the same.
