I am Precious Furugganan, 21 years old, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Centro Escolar University. I just graduated last March of 2011 and took the Nursing licensure examination on July 2011 and was able to pass the board exam with a rating of 80.60%. I have 4 months of experience in call center on which I interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints, transfer customer calls to appropriate staff, follow up on customer calls not immediately resolve, research billing issues, identify, rese arch and resolve customer issues using the computer system. I used to be a part time online English teacher, teaching Japanese people to learn and improve their English skills. I'm very flexible and can adapt to changes easily. I have a great organizational and interpersonal skills, has impressive communication skills both written and verbally, I am very energetic and lively which makes the environment positive I am seeking for another job on which I can maximize skills and to have a career growth.
