Polysmart is focused on development of plastic products using the state of the art CAD/CAM/CAE tools. We provide engineering design consultancy services in the areas of concept design, product engineering, meshing & structural analysis, Moldflow services for Flow, Cool, Warp, fiber, over molding, gas injection & coinjection simulation. We take the most challenging assignment of value engineering by metal to plastic conversion, redesign the components by combining functionalities of two or more components into a single component, mould design audits etc. New products are designed by following the NPD stage gate process and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology.
