Eugene said he was a good fit for large companies with 50 or more people, with testers and project managers. Eugene would not perform well in small companies where he would need to code and test and suggest ideas for improvements all at once (which is normal in startups). Eugene might stop working on a project and stop communication about it for months because the project is "difficult, not ordinary" - this happened with our TimeCounter project which is not related to this particular job. TimeCounter was never finished without a valid reason - so keep in mind that this might happen when you work with Eugene if you are a company with fewer than 50 people.
