All the workstations and computers are networked using 100 MBPS structured cabling as per Dlink, USA standards and operates on Windows 2003 and Linux servers. USA: cyberThink have state of the art development facilities located at prime location in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The facility includes the large data center with highly equipped hardware. The hardware includes Pentium IV desktop, laptops, Windows 2003 Servers, SUN servers, Scanners, Printers, backup devices, DAT devices, CD writers, Laser printers, LCD projector, EPBAX, Plotters & other impact printers. Project Management A project kick-off meeting marks the beginning of the project. A comprehensive Project plan is prepared, which outlines all the critical aspects related to the smooth project execution. These include: General Planning and Milestones Scope Management Team formation and Engagement Integration Planning Communication Planning Quality Management Risk Management and Mitigation Procurements Management Tracking and Control Mechanisms Detailed Schedule (We use MS PROJECT as our primary scheduling tool) Process tailoring also forms an important part of this phase. One process does not fit all, hence adjustments may be required. PM and SQA refer to organizational process tailoring guidelines and tailor the process. SQA ensures that processes are tailored appropriately to meet the needs of the project based on the type and size. Tailored process is documented in the Project Plan.
