    “ISS Manufacturing started off great, had great communication, shot multiple videos to show me where we were at all time. He was very honest and open about the process. Helped me to get from no idea to some idea of where we need to be and how we need to get there. He seemed well informed and came highly recommended. I wanted to be sure I posted the good as well as the bad. He did not actually finish the product. We asked for a functional prototype of our new design, and when it is all said and done we have come to the conclusion that he or ISS did not have the expertise we needed to create the type of product we wanted. We went over what we were expecting numerous time, a store bought look of our product by the time the entire process was done. ISS did mention numerous times that what we were asking for was not his definition of a "functional prototype". After we discussed their lingo my group made repeated references to what we were actually looking for, which I stated above. He promised the finished product would look way better but never delivered! Look I don't mind paying milestones and stuff but I am also expecting that they lead up to a finish product. There is more I can say, and I am glad that I waited. I was so angry, this made me look stupid in front of my team but I did not want to post a review in anger. This is the most honest void of emotion review I could muster.”
