Working with our customers, we will first divide and pioritize the project into small peices and independent modules. Each piece of work will then form a unit of deliverable to QA. We follow [Analysis] -->[Design] -->[Code] -->[Unit test] -->[Code analysis and Review] cycle to deliver each unit of work iteratively to QA. Once an independent module is delivered to QA, we perform QA testing. Upon successful signoff from QA, the module will be packaged for customer acceptance testing and piloted for production.
