I have been in the BPO industry since 2003 working with US and Australian clients. I started as a Customer Service Representative and got promoted as an Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager working through email, chat and/or inbound calls. I have also.worked with Korean students as an ESL Online Tutor. In 2018, I explored work from home options and started my career as a virtual assistant. I am passionate about learning new skills. In my 15 years experience in Customer Service, I have developed my problem-solving, analytical thinking and dealing with different types of customers/clients. My interpersonal and communication skills have been honed during the years. I am eager to make full use of my abilities on different set-ups.
