OSMstudios (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. OSMstudios did not do so. However, both parties agreed to release a partial payment of $30.00 OSMstudios (the worker); the remaining escrowed funds were returned to FulcrumSolutions (the employer).
