This proposal for funding and development of Ilparakuo Community Mixed boarding Primary school has been done and submitted by the schools interim board of management to the East African Community church secretariat. The proposal outlines the background and need to the development of the school, outlines the key factors behind the need for this school and the goal and specific objectives for designing this school development project. In the first chapter, the School Board of Management (BoM) provides the background to the community and the reasons why it needs external support to be able to realize this dream project.
