I have experience developing design and working drawings for bidding by contractors from field measurements and hand drawn sketches. I have coordinated with the contractors to obtain all the required applications and information for permit. I have obtained building permits, processed Shop Drawings and RFIs. I have drafted plans, sections, plumbing diagrams and mechanical layouts. I can review structural drawings, window submittals, etc... for accuracy and can coordinate between the architectural, structural and mechanical and plumbing components. I investigated product and finish options for the client's ultimate approval and can advice you on the best options for your particular project needs.

As a licensed architect I can work with you to help you achieve your design goals while you maintain control of the process. I can draw up your existing plans, create a new design that fulfills what you want and or help you take your ideas to the next level. I will research the building codes so that getting a permit is easy for you. I will develop construction plans for you to take to a contractor to get a preliminary price. Or help you to deal with constructions issues and find the best products for your needs. I can work per hour or at a set price for the project.
