Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Natalie Crowe, I'm a Australia based Web Designer and Developer. I've been operating on own Web Design & Development business; Natalie Crowe Designs, since early 2008, and have my certificate four in Website Design and my Diploma in Website Development. Prior to this I did volunteer work in relation to information technology and studied software design and development. In this time I have put together a nice client base and also built up my portfolio, but as you may have read in my application for your job, I have small child which I have sole care of, So my work is predominantly based around her routine. So my objective at this point is to acquire regular work with one or several companies, in alliance with my own web design business; Natalie Crowe Designs. Ideally, I would like to come to the arrangement of a set number of contracts a month, promoting a stable work environment, financial security and the opportunity to grow and develop my skills and knowledge. My strengths include creativity, organisation, enthusiasm and dedication. I'm familiar with PHP, MySQL, CSS, and HTML and have used my skills in these areas to build a number of website from scratch. I also have access to Photoshop and Dreamweaver which I used on a daily basis. I am a leader; who is hard working, a team player, who shows initiative but is highly proficient in being independent. I am organised and creative, a visionary and manager in many different ways. I self teach and have studied from home for a number of years to successfully completing my Certificate Four in Web Design and my Diploma in Web Development. I am focused, committed and reliable. I am determined, punctual and always meet my deadlines. I'm enthusiastic and constantly strive to achieve and improve myself and my work.
