Mr. Nathan Norris has been involved in running businesses since 1999. At the age of 22 he and a partner opened up one of the first web design and hosting companies servicing the brand new realm of Internet Marketing. This business helped to pioneer the way for an online based World Wide Web presences to extended their existing methods; not just giving them a catchy interactive brochure but providing an extension to their existing business models. In the realm of Operations Management, Nathan has consistently taken challenges that bridged the cutting edge of technology and business. He excels in his approach to simplify processes making them easier to manage and better able to duplicate through training. He possesses extensive experience across multiple industries from web development to medical software systems to logistical transportation services. Demonstrating proficiency in the use of tools like MS Excel and MS Project, Nathan has a keen ability for financial forecasting and project management. He consistently delivers his projects on time while keeping costs down thereby maximizing profitability. He is often quoted as saying, “I know there’s a better way. What haven’t we thought of?” Thus implying a never ending pursuit of perfection and efficiency. Nathan joined the United States Marine Corps in 2003 as a way to serve his country and to gain skills in other aspects of operational management systems. Rapidly advancing through the promotion system by demonstrating skill, competence and leadership, Nathan is currently up for a meritorious promotion to the Non-Commissioned Officer rank of Corporal. He currently employs his increasing skills in the field of logistics in his capacity of Motor Transport and Convoy Supply operations. Currently he is inventing the complete processes of the web development systems for a Real Estate Marketing firm in Las Vegas. In the short time he has been heading this department Nathan has increased reporting efficiency, email marketing campaign effectiveness, web development processes, and intradepartmental operations by an exponential factor. He authors a monthly company email newsletter about the ongoing progress of new developments as well as reporting of statistical information gathered through marketing efforts both on-line and off-line. Nathan is currently working on publishing written works on the subjects of web design and email marketing. He also maintains a consistent pursuit of self-improvement through continuing education in business courses at both colleges and seminars. His ultimate goal is to eliminate the use of paper products from every aspect of business while taking advantage of only renewable energy resources. Only through a truly paperless operating environment, and the use of renewable energy, can we achieve perfect efficiency, while still able to enjoy the trees in the park. “Behind every great man, there is a great woman” (Mieder 1992) and for this man two wonderful children as well. Nathan and his beautiful wife, Corrinne, have a daughter of five years old and a son of three years old.
