Job Description: • Perform a quality assurance review and a live review on courses to assure course quality from the content, functionality, and quality perspective. • Coordinates with Multimedia, IT, business development teams to ensure the clients’ requirements are met. • Review and enhance the content as per the clients’ requirements and market demand. • Develop new approaches to solving problems identified during quality assurance activities. • Testing softwares for any possible technical error and work closely with IT team to solve technical issues found in content management system (LMS, LCMS, ICP, Scorm, Lectora) to ensure that the information is communicated in the best way possible. • Maintain errors and solutions for future references. • Develop and thoroughly check the instructional design story board for content relevancy. • Review and compare the instructional design story board against the online course. • Document identified errors to the Standard Form along with suggestions on improvement wherever possible to the multimedia and content development teams. • Proofread online courses while adhering to the author’s intended message. • Review and improve course quality assurance processes and procedures. • Propose innovative ideas to enhance the course interface and to make it as interactive and user friendly as possible. • Keep an eye on any grammatical error. • Furnish any urgent change/ fix required by the client. • Match course audio with the provided audio script for any pronunciation or synchronization discrepancy. • Report and Coordinate with the Project and Functional Managers. • Analyzing and decision making on critical tasks. • Arrange training sessions for the team for the better understanding of different Learning Management System. • Work closely with Austin Office and maintain communication on Emails, Messenger and Phone. • Work with Austin and Pakistan Managers in constructing strategies and provide suggestions for improvements in the processes and the products. • Provide detailed report of the meeting to the global (Pakistan and Austin) staff. • Mentored and coached new team members and providing them trainings occasionally on various managerial skills and personal development.
