This was added responsibility. Handled three successful Migration and implementation on site. Plus oversaw the implementation of new NC Programing technique in the site achieving 80% implementation in three of migration  Streamlined the Project Specials quotation Process from an average of 8 Days to 3 Days buy Building a efficient MIS system for performance monitoring and building awareness among the team. Resulting in 20% extra Enquires and Higher Order Conversion rate from 30% to 55%  Streamlined the project Execution (design Release Process) from 13.5 days to 9 days, rearranging the resources allocation to bring focus on this process.  Leading a team of four in providing a Technical and Application support for Special Enquires in two Product Lines  Responsible for the Growth and development of Product lines in terms of Domain or Application Expansion across Market and Solution development for various Industry Sectors  Work Closely with the marketing team including customer Visit to identify new areas of Application development of solution  Ensure the quotations request are given in time based on Marketing Urgency and Priority  Attending to problems during the Process of manufacturing, including deciding on product deviation which could affect Fit Form or Function of the product at customer end Highlights & Achievements  Application domain expansion of one of the key product vertical which resulted in a 65% Growth of the Product sales in Tailored Made in a Year the Highest for this product line in a financial Year  Lead a team in Quality Control Circles. The project was to address setup time wastage in setup prove-out in production during Prototype Manufacture. The project won a Bronze medal in Regional Level Competition  Developed a small team in handling the Day to Day enquires for these two product line. Including build competency in Manufacturing feasibility study during Quotation  Complete end to end development of Product Line to address an industrial Vertical. This involved, market survey, application research, Technology development for In-house Manufacturing. (Working with Machine tool Builder in establishing the process of Manufacturing. Working with Both Engineering and production in streamlining the product manufacturing process and addressing the process bottle necks. This product line is now contributing to about 2% of Company turnover with over 5 years of Continuous Business and growing till Date.
