Corporate Strategy for Vinprom Karnobat
At SIS Industries I created the strategy for the development of the wines the company produces under the brand Vinprom Karnobat. I did this with the help of a retail audit and a market research which I put together for the research agencies. This 5-year strategy was presented before the owners of the company who accepted it without objections.
