Help 1234 is a mobile function that allows Globe subscribers to be able to conduct a quick and simple chat conversation with a Talk2Globe representative via SMS. This aims to provide customers with an easier and more accessible means of being able to forward concerns and needs to Globe’s customer assistance teams for response and resolution as an alternative to calling the 211 Hotline.
